It's just my quick comments and notes after seeing the episode only once (a la AoS).

The Good:
The Bad:
...the special effects weren't all that.

Adorkification Moment:
The Bad:
...the special effects weren't all that.
I understand that money's an issue, and Grodd's one of the most expensive effects of the season, but I would prefer seeing less of him looking better, than all of him looking so-so.
The dialogue in this episode is just terrible.
Shouldn't it be "Iris marries Barry and not you," instead of whatever the hell it was he said?
The WTF?:
Hey Cisco...
...seriously dude.
Last time I saw gold that bright, it was covering chocolate.
Why is Grodd mind-melding with Barry?
With all that shooting going on, why didn't anyone aim for the legs?
Iris being pissed...which is just
She's mad because everyone was lying to protect her? That's gotta be tough. And how can she be mad at Barry for keeping his secret when she's clearly keeping her feelings for him under wraps?
And then there's Eddie.
First of all, Iris says she's "with Eddie". Fine. But that's just going to end in flames considering her feelings for Barry. Then there's the fact that Eddie's a cop. Like her father. Who she's mad at for keeping secrets too. Which, being a cop, Eddie would do...to keep her safe.
Which he would do - because he truly loves Iris.
Then there's Ichabod...
...I mean Ichabod...
...I mean Ichabod.
Why the hell would he keep Eddie hostage?
Why the hell would he keep Eddie hostage?
Ichabod's not dumb enough to kill him, but he's dumb enough to tell Eddie that Iris marries Barry? What does Ichabod gain by telling him that? Will he tell Eddie who he does marry? Is the goal to drive Eddie crazy so he winds up in an asylum? Because that's where he meets whomever he needs to meet to continue the line?
This is what I'm saying...
Super-soldiers!
Coast City!
Diggle!
Lyla!
A.R.G.U.S.!
C.H.U.D.!
Inconceivable!
