First Impressions - Arrow: "My Name is Oliver Queen"

This is by no means a deeply intense dissection of the episode.
It's just my quick comments and notes after seeing the episode only once (a la AoS).
Spoilers after the jump.
You've been warned...

Season 3 Episode 23: "My Name is Oliver Queen"
The Good:
It was nice to see Barry make good on his offer to help Oliver.

The Bad:
This is the emblem, or symbol, or whatever that signifies who Ra's is?

It's a good thing Oliver didn't drop it when he fell over the side of the dam.

The WTF?:
"He took the only parachute"?
The plane has Ra's, Oliver, Nyssa, plus what - 10 Assassins? And that's not including the pilot(s).
And Ra's took the only parachute? Not the LAST parachute?

And what is it with bullets on this show?
Oliver gets shot, before going over the dam, but he's okay?
And Shrieve's soldiers aren't wearing Kevlar or something?

How would the Chief know that: a) there are two guys on the dam, since the whole city's gone crazy, and b) those two guys on the dam are responsible for the city going crazy?

Ray goes boom? But he's a Legend of Tomorrow...

This bulls#!t.
Having these two characters together - that's bad enough. But ending the season with them driving off into the sunset a la Blade Runner? That's...just...

Adorkification Moments:
Maybe we'll actually see it next season?

Channel 52!

"Detective...Captain"? As in Detective Captain?
Maybe I'm looking into that too much...

The corner of Adams and O'Neil...and 52nd Street!
