At first glance, it looks like the first official picture released for the film...
But, upon closer examination, I realized something - see Tony's hands? They're being repeated by the hands of every other armor in the poster. That means he's testing the new tech that we know will allow him to control the other armors.
Now whether he'll be controlling these armors, or newer and simpler ones (which I think would work better), remains to be seen.
