First Impressions - AoS: 'The Writing on the Wall'

This is by no means a deeply intense dissection of the episode.
That will happen over the summer after my purchase of the Blu-ray.
I've put my quick comments and notes after seeing the episode only once after the jump.
You've been warned...

Season 2 Episode 7: 'The Writing on the Wall'
The Good: A big THANK YOU...
...for ending a plot thread!
Everything about "digging deeper" and "it's not big enough" actually made sense, and fans Coulson is done with the whole maniacal etching thing. It also explains the fire (if not the painting) in Miami. So what if it leads to another story? I'm fine with that. Just keep moving forward.
* Ward being a badass. He's still an untrustworthy jerk, but now he's a likable untrustworthy jerk.
* Learning more about T.A.H.I.T.I.
* Micro? As in...
Microchip?
* Discovering why the welder didn't have any issues, and allowing both Coulson and the other guy to get "fixed" just by looking at it.
* And of course -
Attlian.
If ever there was a cool intro for a Not New-York Marvel city, this was it.

The Bad: Hunter was cool...but you're telling me no one at the bar noticed the black car parked right across the street?

The WTF?: Why didn't Skye go crazy? That's an unanswered question I can live with. For now.
* Speaking of Skye, how could she know it's a map by looking at it...yet not find any proof to back it up...and not go crazy?
* Coulson went bat-shit crazy in the machine, and volunteered to be locked up until May got back...but only Skye escorted him to the basement? At first, I was worried that Coulson was going rogue, which would have sucked. Glad that didn't happened.

Adorkification Moment: There were several:
* "Stryker's overseas".
* The Stryker matches...like I wouldn't notice.
* The "Trust Cap" art on Coulson's desk. I sense Civil War looming.
* What else..? Oh yeah:
