Season 3 Episode 7: 'Draw Back Your Bow'

The Good: Felicity has a type...
* Cupid had a 'Felicity', named Kirby, if only for a while.
* Everything about Palmer Technologies - the font, the little atom-like animation, even the logo on the outside of the building in the exterior pans.
* While his name's never given, I'm calling it - the DJ is Hartley Rathaway...

- Pied Piper.

The Bad: ...apparently, so does Mrs. Adorkification.
* Hey Cupid - that's not how you hold an arrow, stupid!
* I don't know Cupid from the books. Is she supposed to be the Harley Quinn of Ollie's world?

The WTF?: How did Oliver know to break the arrowhead?
