First Impressions - Gotham: 'Lovecraft'

This is by no means a deeply intense dissection of the episode.
It's just my quick comments and notes after seeing the episode only once (a la AoS).
Spoilers after the jump.
You've been warned...

Episode 10: 'Lovecraft'
The Good:
Sean F**KING Pertwee as MUTHA F**KING Alfred!
* Alfred pissed!
* Alfred kicking ass!
* Alfred meeting Fish (and showing respect)!
* Alfred paying for info!
* Alfred taking Butch down!...Freaking BUTCH!
* Alfred hugging Bruce after finding him. Yeah, I teared up.
Shut up...Moving on...
Ivy!
* She and Cat know each other.
* Ivy meeting Bruce...and both saying he's "kinda cute".

The Bad: The gardener at the beginning. Not his existence, it makes sense that Wayne Manor can't just run on Alfred, but I've never read anything about other non-Bat related staff at the Wayne Residence (aside from Aunt Harriet, which is another story...), so I thought I was looking at the Falcone or Maroni residence at first.
* Gordon being sent to Arkham. Not a terrible idea, but not the best way to end the first half of the season. So he goes to Arkham. So what?
* NOT SEEING BULLOCK ASSIGNED TO WORK WITH MONTOYA!!!

The WTF?: I had an issue with the scene where Selina and Bruce are trying to open the skylight. She's up on the thing and asks Bruce to find her something heavy. He does...and then throws it up to her? If it's heavy, how could he throw it? If it's heavy, how could she catch it?

Adorkification Moment:
More Bat/Cat Bruce/Selina!
It was really cool having Selina "train" Bruce on some stuff.
* Speaking of Selina - she's good not nice. Nailed it!
