First Impressions - Gotham: 'Harvey Dent'

This is by no means a deeply intense dissection of the episode.
It's just my quick comments and notes after seeing the episode only once (a la AoS).
Spoilers after the jump.
You've been warned...

Episode 9: 'Harvey Dent'
The Good: So damn many! Let's start with the title. Mrs. Adorkification, who's always been more of a Batman fan than anything else, knew that Dent becomes Two-Face - "one of the more interesting characters," she said.
* All things Nygma. Keep it up.
* I don't know anything about Blackgate, but I know the name.
* Bullock and Gordon believing Hargrove set up the escape, and us seeing Hargrove plant evidence to get caught.
* The cool music playing when Penguin was in the singer's apartment.
* Speaking of music, "The Final Countdown"? As the ringtone? NICE!

The Bad:
* Selina drinking milk, why?
* Don't know Hargrove or Lovecraft.
* These Russian guys drive up and see a car they don't recognize and come in guns drawn. Fine But why didn't they disable the car? Slice the tires? Break the windshield?

The WTF?: Barbara's back with Montoya? Is this Batwoman in the making? The F**k?

Adorkification Moment: There were two:

1)
Everything about Selina staying at Wayne Manor. Don't know if this ever happened in any of Batman's retconned histories. Don't care. This works.
* They actually meet before the cat and the bat.
* Alfred against her staying, but Bruce allowing it...after standing up to Alfred.
* Selina's speech about the uselessness of Bruce's training.
* Alfred calling Gordon to take her away, Gordon calling Alfred and being told she can stay.
* Bruce. Laughing.
* "Have you ever kissed a girl?" + Bruce's face.
* But it did bring up the question: How did Selina get there in the other episode? And while she could have left Wayne Manor at any time, how would she get back to Gotham?

2)
Harvey Dent!
* The coin.
* The temper.
* The lighting.
* The awesomeness!
