First Impressions - Flash: "The Nuclear Man"

This is by no means a deeply intense dissection of the episode.
It's just my quick comments and notes after seeing the episode only once (a la AoS).
Spoilers after the jump.
You've been warned...

Episode 13: "The Nuclear Man"
The Good:
"Flame On!"?

Nice to see Clancy Brown again!

* "Mr. Punctual". That reminded me of a phrase from the books Barry used to describe himself. He went out of his way to not be punctal. Late actually, and this seemed a nice nod to that.

The Bad:
Iris.
What the hell is she doing? Either have her stop messing with Barry's love life, or have her get really involved with Barry's love life.
I get Linda Park, I just don't like this relationship. It's wrong...like Pepper Potts dating Steve Rogers wrong.

The WTF?:
Cisco.
He uses a machine that can take flashes of light reflected onto nickel-plated glass or whatever and not only turn them into images, which makes a sort of sense...but 3D images? The hell?

Then there's this character. Hitting on West? Okay, but why is she so familiar?
Oh...s#!t...

Adorkification Moment: "52nd and Waid"...
...as in Mark Waid.
