First Impressions - Agent Carter: "A Sin to Err"

This is by no means a deeply intense dissection of the episode.
It's just my quick comments and notes after seeing the episode only once (a la AoS).
Spoilers after the jump.
You've been warned...

Episode 6: "A Sin to Err"
The Good:
One of the things this show has been lacking (to me at least) is evidence of HYDRA's actual infiltration in the SSR. But that got me thinking: why did the MCU go this route in the first place? Why have an evil organization worm its way into an established government? Watching this show gave me the answer...
...the McCarthy hearings of the fifties.
It makes sense that in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, there would have to be a reason for the government to second guess the actions of it's members. Or at least cause those truly guilty to go even further into hiding.
Anyway - onto the episode.

*
Carter kicking more ass. In heels no less.

Poor Jarvis - getting slapped around so much.
At first, I thought his wife would question why he'd come home with such a red face until I realized she knows who her husband works for, so she'd understand completely.

The Bad:
Oh $#!T he's in on it? F**K!!!
So this guy works with/for Leviathan? Sonuvabiscuit. But the "Top Shelf Burbon" was a nice touch.

The WTF?:
I'm having a hard time figuring out where they're going with this show. There's two episodes left, and at this point...
...Carter is captured by the SSR...

...Dottie's still loose...

...Ivchenko's loyalty is unknown to all...

...Howard's god knows where...

...and let's not forget Steve's blood's somewhere.

So - is it possible that they'll wrap all this up in the remaining episodes? Yes it is, but will they?
My money's on no.

Adorkification Moment:
Jack Thompson has a "Gam-Gam"?

I was expecting him to say "Gramzy".
