First Impressions - Arrow: "The Return"

This is by no means a deeply intense dissection of the episode.
It's just my quick comments and notes after seeing the episode only once (a la AoS).
Spoilers after the jump.
You've been warned...

Season 3 Episode 14: 'The Return"
The Good: I liked the time jumping.
They did a good job reminding us of Quentin's alcoholism,
Felicity's pre-Oliver obsession with Oliver,
Thea's substance abuse,
and Laurel's coping with Oliver's death.
* Pre-Ollie Diggle and his brother were cool to see. I guess his brother has spare time when he's not helping Dr. Brennan at the Jeffersonian.

The Bad: The time-jumping...
Quentin's hair,
Felicity's angst,
Thea's bitchiness,
Laurel's blandness,
and Tommy. Nothing specific, just Tommy

The WTF?: The dislocated arm thing. Really? They had to go there?

*
BITCH!

ASS!

* Ollie, covering his head with a "green hoodie" and Maseo mentioning grease paint?

Adorkification Moment: Yeah, it was good to see Slade again, and yes - I'm glad the episode ends with him back in his cage.
But can't we get some more "Ollie shooting arrows"? Please?
