First Impressions - Arrow: "Uprising"

This is by no means a deeply intense dissection of the episode.
It's just my quick comments and notes after seeing the episode only once (a la AoS).
Spoilers after the jump.
You've been warned...

Season 3 Episode 12: 'Uprising"
The Good:
Wildcat's back! But no costume? The hell?

If Felicity needs air, why go into an alley filled with trash cans?

We finally get Malcolm Merlyn's backstory and why he went to Nanda Parbat (nice haircut by the way). As for his sneaking into the Arrow Cave to plant the camera, clever.
But wouldn't Felicity have noticed?

The Bad: Is it me, or does Ollie look a little like Nolan's Bruce? Speaking of Ollie,

The WTF?:
I get that he makes it back home, but how did he manage to get home? He was unconscious when he was brought to the cabin. I guess Tatsu or Maseo could have given him directions, but they wouldn't considering they wanted him to stay and heal. Ollie could have deduced that he was still somewhere on the same mountain, but how far up? He'd need some help to get his bearings is all I'm saying, never mind transportation. Or did he just walk?

Adorkification Moment: Ollie mentioned visiting Bludhaven and seeing an old friend...
...but I have no idea if he'll visit Star(ling) City.
