...for Sony to - share movie rights with Marvel Studios?
I've never understood the legalities of Hollywood, but no one had a problem when Disney bought Marvel Studios. No one had a problem when Disney bought the distribution rights from Paramount. So why is this so hard? Both Sony and Marvel Studios want money. Both want money from Spidey films. I can understand arguing about the slices of pie, but they should at least be on the same page of the menu.
