I work in retail, at a place our company calls a Resort Store on account of there's a lake nearby...
...whoop-de-doo.
So we get a summer's worth of customers from other States and Countries...
...whoop-de-doo.
Said customers get all-a-panicky when it rains, 'cause all their "fun times" are washed out.
If you're gonna go camping, you gotta go prepared.
I don't complain when it snows in the winter time. 'Cause it's, you know, winter.
So seeing gobs of people running around all day in a tizzy looking for something to do (like shop) when water falls from the sky drives me crazy.
See a movie. Get some lunch.
Or just do what Adorkette does...
sit and watch the rain.
