First Impressions - AoS: 'Eye Spy'

This is by no means a deeply intense dissection of the episode.
That will happen over the summer after my purchase of the Blu-ray.
I've put my quick comments and notes after seeing the episode only once after the jump.
You've been warned...

Episode 4: 'Eye Spy'
The Good: Hands down, Clark Gregg owned this episode. Don't tell me we won't be seeing t-shirts reading "Coulson Lives...Outside The Box" or "AC is cool" in the near future.
* We learn that Skye isn’t the first “Agent” Coulson’s trained.
* It seems Akela Amadour noticed a significant change in Coulson’s behavior.
* Funny how Coulson doesn’t mention Twitter.
The Bad:
* We’re gonna see a LOT of red masks come Halloween - briefcases (and apparently hands) are optional.
The WTF?: We’re still not seeing much of the Marvel-ness of this series. The whole “let’s have a character mention New York and the events of the movie” thing is getting old. Can’t we see people wearing Marvel merchandise? Or a Stark Industries logo…aside from the side of the bus in Episode One? Which brings me to...
Adorkification Moment: ...there wasn’t one. But given the things that happened to Amadour, I kept expecting one...

Deathlok
...especially considering the tech involved with her eye implant, but there was a complete lack of reference. No name dropping. Not Roxxon Oil, not Cybertek Systems Inc., Luther Manning, Harlan Ryker…not even Michael Collins.
For shame…
