Tim helps Batman help Detective Bullock…who’s been getting death threats.

I have this issue.

Tim is given copies of five years’ worth of Bullock’s cases and uses the Bat-computer to make a list of possible suspects.

Notes of Interest:

1) Absolutely no character development here. Move along.

WTF? Moment: Four panels. Tim appears in all of four panels and is told by Bruce to “run the search and collate programs”? WTF?

WTF? Moment #2: Nice mention of Tim saving the reporter from Detective Comics #650 though!
