Sure it has some great artists, and writers, but Lucha Wrestling and skateboarding demos? This is the closest thing Maine has...literally...to a full-on comic convention.
It's $25/day and runs Sat. 11/9 and Sun. 11/10. That's right, the same weekend Thor 2 opens.
Money's tight. We've got broken things like vehicles and appliances.
Is it worth the money (and gas) to attend an event with only a few things of interest?
The location of the con is across the street from a mall, which has a Newbury Comics...and there's two more comic stores within 20 miles of there...
I just don't know.
