My thought now is that Zola (in some version of the above image) will be revealed in the post-credit scene of IM3 as the source of A.I.M. (which we already know will appear in IM3)'s technology. This in turn will lead to Cap 2 in 2014.
What I don't know is how they'll link IM3 to Thor 2....yet.
