Monday Movie Roundup...12/29/2014

First of all...
HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY STAN LEE!
He's 92? Damn!
Onto the Roundup...
The Hobbit: BotFA made another $41.4 million over the weekend in the U.S., making the total $573.6 million worldwide. Another Damn! Even more surprising is that it's still $295.7 million away from the #5 Tolkien-related film (Fellowship). Triple Damn!
Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb made $20.6 million in the States, and is at $103.1 million worldwide. And yes, that is the bottom of the Night franchise. Battle of the Smithsonian made $413.1 million total, so Secret has a ways to go.
I believe it will make it.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 brought in another $10 million here, making just shy of $669.7 million worldwide. And...wait for it...is still at the bottom, needing another $2 million for second place.
 As for the Marvel franchise...
Marvel's The Avengers is still #1 ($1.5 billion) , while The Incredible Hulk is last ($263.4 million).
Any guesses?
Have a good week all!
