Marvel Studios has done a fantastic job with casting,
while DC's been hit and miss.
As good as Henry Cavill is as Clark, it was Kevin Costner cast as Pa Kent was I felt was genius.
(Not what they did with him mind you, just getting him.)
Then they got Dwayne Johnson to play Black Adam.
While I heard that Carol Kane was involved with Gotham in some way a while ago...
...casting her as Penguin's mother...
