First Impressions - Gotham: "The Son of Gotham"

This is by no means a deeply intense dissection of the episode.
It's just my quick comments and notes after seeing the episode only once (a la AoS).
Spoilers ahead.
You've been warned...

Season 2 Episode 10: "The Son of Gotham"

The Good:
Funny!
And he's right - if you're gonna go into the sewers, take the ten minutes and change shoes. An argument can be made where (a la The Fugitive), you're in pursuit of someone. In which case, you're f**ked. But Bullock and Gordon were figuring things out and making plans. They had time to change shoes. And don't tell me GCPD doesn't have special shoes for sewers.

Nygma's a cool dude, but...
"Where's the spicy mustard?"
Oh. My. God.

Good to see Selena back in the game.

I'm liking this f**king guy too. He in Sin City? Why yes...yes he was.

The playa emerges...

The Bad:
...but she got off waaaay too easy.

The WTF?:
Why beat Gordon? He out of Grey Poupon?

You're telling me that this guy goes toe-to-toe with Tabitha "hot-pants" Galavan?
He even gets shot. AGAIN! I'm sick of Alfred bleeding almost every episode. I'm not saying he should be invincible or that his constant woundage doesn't prove to Bruce that his future endeavors won't have a price. But all that fighting and offense/defense stuff is supposed to be taught by others. Alfred's supposed to be teaching Bruce the arts of stealth, flair, disguise and maybe even a little emergency first-aid. Right?

"The Son of Gotham must die"...

Nope. No idea who that could be.

Adorkification Moment:

These two really do make a good team.
