Aaand we're back.
Spectre made $73 million in the U.S. this weekend...which is only 24.7% of the gross, as it made $223.1 million internationally. That's $296.1 million in three days.
Holy crap.
That's more than Moonraker made, and more than License to Kill made in their entire runs. In fact, Spectre is the eighth top grossing Bond film of all time...again, in just three days.
Then there's The Peanuts Movie...which made just under $49.6 million worldwide.
It's still got $50 million to go to break even, but this isn't including all the merchandising - like toys, books, cards and the action figure/statue/doll type stuff.
I think it's got a shot.
Have a good week everyone!
