I have this issue.
Judd interrupts Northstar’s informal hearing and tells
everyone that according the emergency frequency, Caliber has escaped from jail
and is currently in battle…with Guardian.
Notes of Interest:
1) There’s absolutely no character development this
issue…Judd appears in all of two panels.
WTF? Moment: Two
panels? Really? I guess Judd just wanted to stay away while Heather and Shaman
try to make sense of everything. He’s such a gentleman.
