Good morning Pepe! Let's see how the weekend went.
Finding Dory has made over $396.8 million worldwide.
This puts it at fourteenth place, between #15's A Bug's Life (which made more than I thought it would) and #13's Cars (which didn't do as well as I thought it did). Dory needs another $65.1 million to move up, but since it hasn't been released yet in some countries - like Brazil, Japan and South Korea - I'm sure that won't be a problem.
$523.8 million worldwide.
This puts it in third place in the X-Men movie franchise, with only X-Men: Days of Future Past ($747.9 million) and Deadpool in it's way. Speaking of...
Deadpool made just under $200,000 worldwide since last week, and Japan really needs to step it up.
CA:CW made an additional $2.7 million worldwide.
This puts it $67.8 million behind Iron Man 3.
So close.
And finally, Dark Horse has made all of $493,122.
This bugs the hell out of me. Between such awesome characters as X and Ghost (never mind the Star Wars, Buffy, and Alien/Predator franchises they currently own), I would have expected a bigger response from fans...
...wait. What?
Oh. Well, that explains it then.
Have a good week Pepe!
